Kettlebell, Resistance & Mobility Training

£30 / 40 minutes

Practical training sessions designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build confidence without intimidation.

Training may include:

  • kettlebells
  • bodyweight resistance work
  • mobility drills
  • functional movement
  • posture and movement pattern work
  • progressive strength training

A Flexible Approach

Some people book occasional sessions for clarity and structure.

Others prefer regular weekly or fortnightly support.

There is no pressure to commit to rigid programmes or long-term contracts.

The focus is always practical, sustainable progress.

Monthly Plans & Group Sessions

Monthly coaching structures and small group training options are also available.

These can include:

Because everyone’s needs are different, monthly plans and group session rates are discussed individually.
